About Guildford

Businesses located in this area have good access to the freeway and are also well positioned in relation to Surrey City Centre. More recently, residential development has occurred in the neighbourhood of Fraser Heights overlooking the Fraser River. Guildford affords its residents excellent recreational opportunities in the form of the Guildford and Fraser Heights Recreation Centres as well as 2 regional parks. Tynehead Regional Park offers natural walking trails, picnic areas and dog off leash areas, and is home to the Tynehead Fish Hatchery. Surrey Bend Regional Park provides access to the Fraser River for non-motorized boating activity.
